Very easy to work with the staff at ZZ Auto Service. They hooked up the equipment and helped me drop everything off. All of the staff from check-in, hookup, and drop off (3 different people) were helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend renting from them again.

Craig DLocation hours limited our ability to take advantage of a one day fare. Instead of working with us to secure our price, we were told to contact the other location ourselves. We tried and after a long wait period on hold, gave up. It would have been nice for the pick up location to help us solve our issue while we were on premises instead of pushing us to deal with it.
Bonnie BThe inside of the truck was dirty when I picked it up, upon returning the truck, after I cleaned it I was charged a $25 cleaning fee. I called and was told that they would take the fee off, which still has not happened.
John HWe ordered appliance dolly and did NOT get one. Also had lots of issues trying to check out truck through U-haul.com. The folks who answered phone for customer service were wonderful. However the whole process was very time consuming.
Donna KNot a location issue but the right light had a broken wire did not figure that out till go pulled over for it but luckily I am an automotive tech, and I could fix your equipment for you, so I didn't have to wait 4 hours for help to arrive

Mark GI originally wanted to get a truck and trailer from the same location and originally went to Family Store plus on Winchester ave in bunker hill. within 1 Mile the check engine light came on and for two hours I had to fix the issue. My original truck had loose ball joints, drove like shit. Very thankful for the people at ZZ Auto on Cheshire Rd who swapped out my truck and had me back in service.

Matthew PThis experience was horrible. First lady from Kupps in Martinsburg WV made reservation for the right time but not an early pickup but rather a counter pickup. I had to pickup at a later time at different location. I lost time and money from a job because of this. Also was told it was 0,39 per every mile after 100 miles. Wouldn't recommend U-Haul as a reliable source to rent but rather a rental company.

misael sThe vehicle flashed service notices that an Oil Change was needed, and the cameras are dirty and needed cleaned. The camera issue made it so that the collision avoidance system would not operate so I had to deal with those the entire trip. Also the front windscreen was cracked from side to side. Luckily the crack did not impact my line of sight but it needs correcte
Robert PI reserved a dolly. No dolly was in the vehicle. It took over 20 minutes to get the vehicle because they could not figure out something with the system.

GEORGE BVehicle was ready when I went to get it at ZZ. Both people I dealt with there were friendly and polite. Charles Town rental did not have vans and said the hospital had them both indefinitely. They offered a box truck, which I did not need. Bad because if you know they will have two vans indefinitely should make an effort to get more. I will go back to ZZ in two weeks when I need a van again.
Lisa CWe were disappointed in Uhaul for our cross country move. We booked our Uhaul at a location 5 minutes from our home and had to instead travel 30 miles-60 miles round trip. We asked to have the contactless pickup. After traveling 30 miles we attempted for 45 minutes to get our Uhaul. Earlier in the day we were told we would be able to get our Uhaul after hours via the lockbox. We were also told if we had trouble to call the after hours service line at ZZ Auto Service. Called after hours and that person told us they were not in the area and to call a different number. Left a message on second number with no return call. Then we called Uhaul. Two phone calls to Uhaul and 45 minutes later we were told because we rented a truck and trailer, we could not do the contactless/key box pickup. We would have to return the next day. We are disappointed with the pickup location being so far away and no discount offered other than they would add 50 miles to our truck which they had to due to the distance we had to travel to pick it up. We are also disappointed in the miscommunication about being able to use the lock box for pickup.

Walter DWe returned the truck 24 hours earlier than we were supposed to,,5 days later we received an email that they charged us for an extra day and stated we returned the truck a day late. We called them and are still waiting for our refund to be issued
