The drop off was a private Automotive Mechanic shop. Two Mechanics employees were very and extremely helpful. The only issue the date of my drop off the employee the was in the office was Not at work so they could not do the closure or cancel of the service drop off. It should be a better way to do it on line in order to do thing right for customers. And to avoid possible charges.

Allison GI would recommend it to a friend if they need a U-Haul during business hours. But the location has horrible service and it took awhile for us to pick up our U-Haul when it should've been a simple process. I think the website should ask for identity verification and calling around before we go pick up our truck. That was the worst part. It made the whole process long as he'll.
Jessica RGreat customer service, friendly, and always will to help. I have only visited this location a few times but no problems and they are my go to location in the area. I would give them five stars but have not visited this location enough to determine consistency in service, but I'm definitely leaning toward 5 star reviews.
