This location was convenient to where I needed the truck. The poor guy working was short handed, but prioritized helping me get my truck and get on the road.

RICHARD HEverything at the pick-up location went well. I didn't notice the fan control for the heater/defroster wasn't working until the second day when I started out to head to Sioux Falls. I really couldn't hear the fan run at all but I was getting enough heat to keep the windshield clear and I was ok with warmth but when I was driving on city streets the air had difficulty on keeping the windows clear and the heat went down. We told the people at the drop-off about the fan so it can be checked before the next driver. It didn't end up being a problem for us as we didn't run into snow while driving and the outside temperature wasn't as low as it could be in January.
