U-Haul App locked up for return of vehicle; would upload photos of mileage/gas. Angie of Golden Triangle Storage was AMAZING! Very professional, courteous in assisting with gas at 3/4 on return (just like I received it in MD on pickup). Her facility was very organized & well managed, unlike pickup facility in MD which did transactions remotely over phone. 5-Stars for Angie!!!_^

The truck was older and smelled a little but, it ran well. I'm a 69 year old woman and jumping up to get in the box truck was a bit of a challenge, but I did it! 🤭

I am so disappointed then I was charged 100 and some dollars for something that I couldn’t get for use on it. I called roadside service twice, but I was angry end up getting wet in the rain. I’m home with a cold and then you charge me 100 and something now where I got no use out of a truck. I was afraid to drive it to go back and get the rest of my stuff. No, I am so dissatisfied. No, I would not recommend anybody, I have used U-Haul before and I never had this problem. I have the battery and I took it back at the shop and they see that the problem I had with U-Haul battery power and you charge me 100 and some dollars. That’s not great when I couldn’t get full use of the truck , I am one customer that is very dissatisfied and I’m gonna call Better Business Bureau and the corporate office. Just I couldn’t do it yesterday because I’m sick from getting wet rain because that truck kept stalling soaking wet. My husband kept stalling on us. My phone number is 321-663-9235. Very satisfied not only did you take my money for a service that wasn’t complete but me and my husband both end up with a cold because of that truck kept stalling, look at my calls that I kept calling U-Haul and roadside service. They wanted to come but at this time I’m so mad and so angry and so wet that when I got back to my house, I couldn’t even leave to go back and get my other stuff because we got soaking wet in my front yard and when I got up and took it back the next day, I didn’t even move that truck because I was afraid of it. No, I want my money back or discount. Did I pay $100 for that day? They overcharge me
