Henry ETerrible customer service -- took away an HOUR of my reservation, spoke down to me, not helpful -- this location was much better before it was taken over by Longmont Storage
Natalie KThe billing was absurd. I was caught in a meeting and registered for pickup over the phone but didn't get the truck as early as we had planned, it was scheduled for an after hours drop-off and we were charged double on each item (insurance, dolly, rental rate). We didn't request a dolly but we're charged for it anyway. The drop-off process took far too long, having to take pictures of the odometerand every angle of the truck. what was exploited to be a quick drop-off took about 20 minutes as the app was loading very slowly and pictures were slow to upload. What was advertised as a $20 in-town move (+fees and milage) was estimated at $85, and ended up being over $120. The location was convenient and the truck was clean and maintained, but I would not recommend Uhaul to anyone looking for a truck rental.
