Electrical Wire were hanging out of the connection, and there was no connection between Truck and Trailer lights. Client connected the wire and reported to store after word. That is big safety issue. seems like they did not inspect the safety checks prior to renting it out.

I had to clean back. Everywhere on the floor matts were there that I have not ordered. I reserved 15 feet truck and I got 10 feet. Rates are too high.

Dave dI booked and needed a large cube van, which the location provided. Unfortunately their head office pulled it for another renter and we had to make do with a much smaller truck and trailer which required about twice the time to load, tetrising each box to try and fit it all in, plus we had to borrow an addition pickup
