Easy to use the self-drop off option, location was pleasant and convenient.

EDWARD DHad a problem with the equipment (dolly). When we picked it up, they checked the lights and all was well. When we loaded the car on the dolly to head home we checked the lights again and they were working fine. We drove 50 miles and then pulled over to check and see if everything was snug and hooked up ok after any shifting, etc. When we checked the lights again, the passenger side tail light was not working. We poked and prodded it and it still did not work. We had to drive in the dark and were very concerned that we would not be seen as well as we should have been seen. Also we were concerned that we may get a ticket for no light. That could have been a big problem but luckily it was not. We told the place where we returned the dolly about the missing light.
Jane AThe trailer had a bad tire. The employees couldn’t find our reservation. Also placed an extra charge on our card which was never noted at the time of reservation. We were traveling 1200 miles with a trailer that had a bad tire.
