There was not an actual person working at this location. It is a hotel and when we walked in to return our truck at about 8:30pm, we were greeted by a person on a computer screen in a “self serve” kiosk who told us to leave the key on the reception desk. We did not feel comfortable with this as anyone could walk up and take the key. We opted to use the mobile app to return the truck and dropped the key in the drop box.
AMANDA Sa tire on the car hauling trailer needed to be replaced on the side of the road. Through uhaul roadside assistance i was given service by a company called Get It Done Diesel. The mechanic made quick work of the job and even spotted an issue with a second tire that was also replaced.
KEVIN CThe rep didn't come out to verify my vehicle or connections. Just turned is loose. Thankfully I'm fairly experienced with trailers.
