Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThey do not have a front desk attendant, the use a kiosk with a person on a video call to get someone to come to the desk. Each time I went in there the sound did not work so you could not even communicate to them. There were no issues once the attendant was there, but having to try to communicate to someone that hardly speaks English through a video screen when you cant hear them is a pain. I would rather go anywhere else.
Skyler SStaff was courteous and professional making it a streamlined process.
Jacob KDude it didnt even have a ramp and it wasnt tall enough to get a fridge in there without having to hulk it around
cassandra rI opted out of the Safedrive coverage, but after returning the trailer I was still charged $24 for the coverage. The attendant said that he was not able to change the charge. Rather disappointed that it was added to my final bill.
