The truck was in perfect condition. The store owners and help were extremely helpful and very professional. They were incredible to work with. I had a great experience.

Re: Boonton, I dropped off the van at approx 2:00pm same day. The one employee said I would he would log it in but turns out, he did not do so until the next day, after I was receiving texts asking when I would drop off the van. I called the U Haul 800 # and spoke to a woman who said this sometime happens, but she will reach out to Boonton to resolve this. I hope I do not get an overcharge that I have to contest. I was so frazzled from my car breaking down the day before that I was tired and did not call the 800 # to let U Haul I just dropped off the car. Seems unneccessary anyway if it is during business hours and working with an employee.
