Excellent service. Totally exceeded my expectations. Super helpful in connecting and disconnecting the trailer from my truck. In fact, I returned the trailer on Sunday when they are closed so I fully expected to unhook the 8X12 trailer myself. I called the posted number to have them open the gate which they did immediately. As I was preparing to disconnect the trailer myself, the owners arrived (on their day off) and took care of everything which was amazing. Please patronize this small business.

JOE MStaff was very friendly and helpful. Turned the rental in after hours. Could not get the app to work at this location either so was not able to upload any information. I called U Haul and was told the app may not work due to bad cell signal. I took pictures with my phone.
