I was 30 minutes late to my drop off and was charged 40 dollars for the full day. Absolute bullshit.

BOBBY GThe person that stores the U-Haul's on his property was rude to say the least when asked why the charges were more than they were supposed to be i was told by him hey lady i just punch in the number you got an issue call uhual. He added insurance twice and added 2 days instead of 1 yet states he didn't do it. I will NEVER go back to that place and will tell friends to not go there either. If thats the kind of people you have representing U-Haul that is unacceptable and it gives you a bad name
MARK HThe proprietor had attitude about me using online checkin. And when he forgot to put the hand truck into the rental, and I had to go to the office to get one, he had more attitude
SHANE PI rented a trailer from 208 Storage on 4114 Nelson Lane I had no issues at all the rental was fast and easy in and out. I had it for 4 days I feel the price I paid was fair and I would definitely rent from here again.
