Maintain your steering and suspension components on the vehicles please. Pretty nerve racking driving a shaking, wandering 15000lb truck. I also declined ALL additional moving accessories, and there were about 30 blankets in the truck taking up 10sq ft of space I could have used.

PATRICK RPick up was great. The customer service for U-Haul was absolutely terrible! I paid extra for the drop off location when I picked it up. About 2 hours later I got a text from Uhaul telling me I had to drop it at another location that was a 45 min drive each way! They also refused to refund the money I paid to drop it at the original location even though they changed it. Brie was extremely rude and condescending. It was almost as if she was expecting an angry customer as soon as she picked up the phone.
