I had a standard 2 inch ball on my hitch, but the man there kept telling me that it was too big. He would not hook up the trailer unless I got a size smaller.

Turn off the TV and move to the window to speak to the customer instead of talking to from inside a dark area under a loud TV. The truck was sitting in a field and I had to ask the employee to move it off the field of ice and mud and he drove it over the curve. Better him than me.

NICOLE HThe location was smaller than I'm use too but the people were really nice and helpful. I didn't have a clip to hold the hitch ball in place and they provided me with recommendations, didn't rush through the process of putting the trailer on even though it was cold as [BAD WORD], and they were patient with me when I left. Again, a smaller U-Haul location but really, really nice staff.
