I accidentally left my disability placard in the vehicle side door, and when I went to go, tell them and report it the next day when they were open, it had already been rented out, and I never got it again and obviously it was the people who rented it next But they didn’t return it and it was stolen so now I have to file a police report and to get a replacement and have to hassle with all that stuff. I was told I would get a call back after the person came to return the vehicle and I never got a return call back.
Shawne RThe truck was clean on the inside, however had a broken side view mirror which I did not realize until I left the parking lot and got on the freeway. The location was close to my home. Ease if access.
Nicole RWe did online pick up for the truck. We struggled trying to get the code to work on the box that had the key for the truck. The online agents were no help and we had to wait for the owner to get to the store to help us. The owner was late as well. This was an overall worse experience, we got an hour behind schedule due to this issue
GABRIEL GI did drop off during closed hours. The app was great, but I did have trouble getting the key in the drop box.
