We had difficulties with the phone and getting a response and so even though we were there and took the pictures before 9am we did not get out of there until 9:30 am.

The reason I selected no about the personnel being helpful is because that location was closed at the time and nobody was there.

AUGUST Wtook over an hour with customer service to rent pre-rented uhaul. There was no dolly but I was charged for one
Elizabeth BGot charged for an extra day and the date I returned it was the return date on my receipt. They also read the paperwork as if I was supposed to return the trailer to the original rental location, which is not how I rented it so either Grantsville or Cut Bank need to figure out how to do paperwork. They also charged me for an extra day when the original receipt had the return as the 16th, which is the day I dropped it off. Feeling very ripped off!
