I went to pick up the 20 ft van I ordered 3 weeks in advance. When I got in, the air condition didn’t work. I went right back in the office and they told me to call the 800 # for someone to come look at it. I hadn’t even driven off the lot. They then said my Option was a 15 ft which was too small or a 24 ft which I didn’t feel comfortable. A manager was supposed to call me, never did. They said they would reimburse the different in the two trucks, haven’t seen that. What should have been a one way trip took 3 because the van was too small
