When I went to drop off the trailer, the employee said they did not except trailers and that I had to take it somewhere else. I questioned his response citing the big sign out front that said "Trucks and trailers". Since this was the location in my contract, I proceeded to do the online check in. The employee came back out after seeing me taking photos and changed his answer.

The woman who helped me pick up the truck was extremely friendly and helpful, she went above and beyond to make sure I was covered on mileage, and that I wasn't encountering any un-needed fees.
