No u haul-knowledgeable staff, not helpful, did not explain anything and were too busy with boats to be bothered with the rental. Did not have blankets or any accessories. Not friendly ir welcoming. Douthold Agway location is far, far better. We went there to make the reservation one werk in advance but when it came time for pickup the trailer was gone and we had to unfortunately use Greenport.

Frederick BGood Wi-Fi, because it took an INORDINATE AMOUNT OF TIME to return the vehicle because the cell service is terrible at this location. How about a "U-Haul Guest" wifi connection at this location which is not open on Sunday, to facilitate autonomous returns???
ROBERTLAWRENCE SYou charged me a 25$ cleaning fee for returning the truck empty but for 2 empty cardboard boxes for you to recycle.........a really nasty move, like you need to hustle 25$ from people UHaul? Shame on you!!!!!! makes me never want to rent a UHAUL again......and for sure not dropping it a your location.
