My reservation was changed by system and furniture dolly wasn't available. I had to call then visit two other locations to get a utility dolly. Boulder rep was good but didn't have any dollys

The staff was good. However, the truck was very dirty on the inside and smelled very bad. There was a lot of trash inside the truck. There was even a bottle of urine inside. The truck also was not well maintained. Would not recommend this location to anyone.
LARON LWe rented furniture covers but they were not available at this location. We had to waste moving day time going to another location to pick them up. Then, we were charged per day. Your policy states that the items reserved will be guaranteed and available.
