The staff was good. However, the truck was very dirty on the inside and smelled very bad. There was a lot of trash inside the truck. There was even a bottle of urine inside. The truck also was not well maintained. Would not recommend this location to anyone.

We rented furniture covers but they were not available at this location. We had to waste moving day time going to another location to pick them up. Then, we were charged per day. Your policy states that the items reserved will be guaranteed and available.

Darla KWe picked up a trailer and it had issues, sounded like the wheeled were going to fall off. When we took it back, it took an hour and a half to get a replacement. The replacement did not have the ramp like the original one and we were not able to do the move the day we planned
