Booked reservation 2 weeks in advance and upon time to get my reservation had to drive over an hour to pick up my truck then another 15 mins for trailer truck was dirty and the mirrors were broke so I couldn't see my trailer while driving was not happy with my experience

Arvin PThey were quick, efficient and very nice. * I got a phone call from U-Haul to drop off the trailer and El Centro and I would get a $50 credit. I’m having a hard time getting my credit and the trailer was returned to El Centro . It was not return to this location.
KARINA SNo one was there at 11:45 am when I arrived to drop off a trailer, there was a sign on the door ( out to lunch from 12:00-2:00) I called the phone number there a couple of times with no answer… called tje U Haul office and they told me just leave the trailer there after sn hour of waiting.
