At first, I was very GRUMPY to have the reservation I made WEEKS ago changed to a less convenient location, 10-15 miles farther. But the young lady who handled the paperwork was very professional and patient with my grumpiness and tacked on extra miles for my trouble/added distance. And the fellow who gave me pointers on transporting an auto (for the first, nerve-racking time) was uncommonly kind.
