It would have better served our needs if a van or pickup truck could have been rented one way. We did not need a 10 ft cargo and the hitch would not accept our trailer because the ball on the truck was way too close to the bumper. Not enough clearance for the tongue to drop down on the ball. We could not use the truck for what we needed and returned it in 20 minutes with only 11 miles on it and payed $33.00 for nothing.
MICHAEL TThey were closed when I dropped off the equipment and I had to guess at the best place to park. The key drop was difficult to locate as well. I wasn't even sure after hours drop off was allowed. More signage is needed.
