Had trouble popping trailer off my hitch. I had a jack handy. He was thankful as was I.
J.R. GMy issue was with using the APP for U-haul. There was no record of my information (confirmation/ reservation number) available. It put me two hours behind costing me $300.00 extra for the movers that I hired. Had an associate be on hand at the location things might have been expedited. The man responsible for getting things accomplished was "Justin" over at the scheduling team. Exceptional performance.

Juanita SLocation was average, though the business was closed during its advertised open hours. However the larger issue is that the scheduling process leading up to pick up did not meet the agreed-upon contract details. I requested one location to pick up both truck & auto transport, howver was forced to travel 30 additional minutes from the truck location to pick up the transport. This costs me, the customer, addtional time and money that was not agreed upon in the rental agreement.
