Advise that it is a small location, with a single representative taking care of your transaction. If it is busy, your experience will take longer, but it will be a good experience
Jon HMr. Berry is a treasure! He always lets me know exactly where he would like me to leave the equipment and then invites me in to the climate controlled office while he completes the check out.
Elizabeth MOnly issue was trying to return the trailer to this location. My agreement was to have the trailer returned to this location in Manteo NC. For some reason U-Haul changed my drop off location to one aprox 45 minutes from Manteo. I called Berrys to see if he could accept my return as agreed but was told he had too many trailers my size and I would need to convince U-Haul to let me drop it there. Not very customer friendly. After pleading with the U-Haul rep I was able to drop it where I originally planned.
