The local location is fine. Dealing with uhaul company themselves is not something I enjoyed. They completely messed up everything rescheduled my order to a different location without discussing it with me and caused WAY to many complications. Isn't there the policy of if it's not guaranteed I get $50. Feel I am owed that after dealing with the nonsense the company did

everythign was top notch. well represented
STEPHEN LTrailer was covered with mud on the outside and also dirty on the inside. Drop off instructions were not clear and there was no barcode to scan, as requested in UHaul drop off email.
JEFFREY DWe've rented a truck twice in a week from this location for a project where we needed more room to haul things than a pick up truck. The first time, the engine light was on. Cab was dusty but that's often what vehicles are like in the U.P. so not a problem for us. The people were friendly and so was Tank!
ROBERT SI don't know how you could improve for the next customer. It was a great experience to rent from Pepp Motors. The guys are so friendly. If I ever need one again it will be from them.
