I was charged more at this location than any other time at other locations in the area, I was charged before I dropped off the vehicle, Gas when tank read full when I dropped off truck, truck was not what I reserved, and when dropping off there was no one at this location to return keys too. Paid 115,9 for 1 hr

Dropped off trailer after hours so no staff around. App worked well. Enough room for the trailer but could see that this may be an issue for some.
Ethan EJust 3 or 4 great customer service experience from different uhaul reps...two folks on phone were great about changing my reservation details and 2 different ladies were super warm with my load share and truck arrivals, respectively.
Joshua ICounter clerk was on the phone and told us all he needed was the key and he'd get vehicle checked in which he obviously did well because I have a receipt to that effect. That part that was inefficient was the vehicle had issues with track control and it needs a front end alignment. I wasn't given an opportunity to give that information. I think those items should be addressed before they put it back on the road,
