Excellent customer service. While traveling it was raining quite a bit. When I got to my location some of my furniture was wet on the right side. I'm not happy about that I plan to call the 1800# Monday. I drop the truck off two days before my due date. Not need to keep it if my stuff could get wet when it rains.

JOHN DThe location did not have all the supplies that I reserved. The furniture pads were dirty (caked with dirt). The business name listed on the U-haul paperwork was not the same as the location signage. This was also not the location I had requested in my reservation.
Christine WThe mirrors are horrible. They do not move which makes the stress of driving a truck even worse. Invest in decent mirrors is something every customer will appreciate.
Karin JThe tow dolly ratchet tie downs did not release and it took tools to get straps off. I let uhaul know when I turned in the tow dolly.
