This location is not fit to rent Uhaul. The customer service is severely lacking. The franchisee is hostile and rude. She assisted from inside of her air conditioned vehicle while I was standing in the sun. I waited 40 minutes for her to arrive. There were boxes, and shoes in the cargo area. I had to have her remove them. Upon returning the truck, a homeless woman accused me of disposing of her items that the nice lady let's her keep in the truck. I was further inconvenienced by having to wait for the second dolly in my order.
