Upon picking up truck, customer service agent was very rude and demanded I complete several steps. First of all, I have rented U-Haul previously from other locations. The only thing that is ever asked of my is license and form of payment. This location needed for me to scan my ID and submit. I was having terrible success at doing this and all she would say is that it needs to get done, and you must do it. She finally changed her attitude and scanned the ID. On the flip side, when I returned the vehicle, the gal was very professional and accommodating.

ANDREA RI wanted to pick up at the location I originally entered at a normal u-haul not a car wash. Order a dolly not in the truck. No one told me I had to download in order to pick up the truck for this location
RITA CDoubled rental fee with no warning. Nobody to help reduce charge to what I reserved.
