Yall need to tell the customer service to check the vehicle with the customers.Not to accuse someone of putting a dent are scratch on a vehicle that's already been dented and scratches in the same spot.And try to charge my credit card when I have use the same vehicle for the last three time in a row.And those dents and scratches where there from the first time i rented the cargo van.because they have stickers on the van where someone had already mess up the vehicle and he the clerk new it.plus the cargo van need a oil change from previous rental the oil change light came on.I rented it on the 5-10-25 and return on the 5-11-25 local use only around 20 to 25 miles. Plus I was charged for a extra day for gas on a previous rental when I told him I full it back up from the previous reading.I wish I would have taken a video of the previous reading before and after.I like renting from U haul because they have the right vehicles I need at that location.but I lost the trust with my money and credit card and bank card.
