Website said they didn't have a 15ft truck, they did have one, at a different yard. I chose the 10ft that was out front for less of a hassle... they had to re-enter my reservation details also, and in doing so, they put me down for the insurance option which I had declined online in my original reservation. Was charged the extra $15 for that plus tax. No physical copy of the contract was presented to me to double check these details or sign, only an email copy after I had left. Unpleasant experience and too much of a hassle to try to get a refund for that unwanted service/charge.

MARIE EThe location and service was great but the trailer was listed as 6 x 12 but the walls made the entrance only 4 feet wide and I wasted hours of my time not being able to load an atv into it. Very misleading description
