The truck was clean, and in mostly good working order. The reason I responded no above on that question was that when I went to refuel it before returning it at the end of the day, we discovered that it had a fuel leak between the filler and the tank. Given that, I could not refuel the truck, and even though I filed a roadside assistance claim, I still got charged for that. I would not we use this location nor recommend it for someone else because the address in the U-Haul directly is wrong. The actual pick up and drop off location is about a quarter mile away. And yet, when I use the mobile app to check in and check out, I was forced to go to the wrong address to start that process. Both bizarre and ridiculous.
