I do not see where this location would be able to improve. Best service I have had in a long time anywhere. Tell them to keep up the good work.
TOM PThis location did not provide any support services. We needed shipping tape and boxes and they could not provide any.
Bryan EHad a altercation over the phone with an employee telling someone else my whereabouts and where i going and all that crap. I was trying to get away from an abuser. All the said was that he is new and young. And she got an attitude with me over it as well. I saidit was a breech if contract she said we have no contract with uhaul. She got snotty with me and said wellnif you don't want this truck go somewhere. I took the truck but but they where wrong doing.
Arleen LOnly thing I would say is whomever used the tow dolly last tied the tire straps in a knot instead of using the ratchet. The knots were frozen solid to the point I hard melt the snow and ice to loosen the knot. Other than that the instruction were easy to follow and load the dolly. Thank You U-HAUL
