Customer services in Arkansas was a great person, so it's not totally her fault, but she changed my drop off location and caused me to have to drive across town from what was planned.

MICHAEL FThis is a convenience store and the gentleman that worked there was having lots of issues with his wifi connection and even had to use my phone for part of the process. It took much longer than expected and I he had to reenter a ton of information that I had already provided when I made the reservation online. I had also requested 12 moving pads and they were not there. So I had to drive to a U-Haul center that was not that far away to get the pads. I don't know why it didn't just take me there to begin with to pick the truck up. Not a good experience at all. On the other hand, the lady at the U-Haul center was extremely helpful and nice.
