Perhaps a self service option here, gentleman inside didn't care much for having the truck ready, had to load the furniture dolly and blankets myself, truck was suspiciously sticky inside, and driver wiper was in desperate need for replacement. Was not aware it was defective until having to drive 30 miles to pick up tow dolly from another location, and encountered two downpours. VERY DANGEROUS.

Jose PWhen I arrived at the store, J was welcoming and professional. It was only when J charged my card without my permission & without my presence and I voiced my concerns is when the good service vanished. His facial expression turned downward like it was his money. I had to ask how much was the extension. You don't authorize anyone's money without informing them of the total. When I voiced my concerns regarding the trucks cleanliness he showed agitation. When I arrived to return the rental. I had to get J's attention for assistance. I walked inside and stood waiting while J continued his side conversation instead of him showing the urgency and interest to check me out. People like this wants you to give your money as a customer while at the same time just take what they give you and don't speak up.
