We arrived and location was closed for 45 minutes after the time I was told they would open. When we did arrive, the employee ignored us and then finally stood up from behind the counter where we could not even see him. Check out was ok. Upon return, the employee walked out past me as I was walking in. He didn't acknowledge me. I dropped the key in the lock box at app. 10 am. I then watched the same employee remove the key from the lock box. The next afternoon, I had to call because they had my rental marked as overdue and not returned. Overall, I will never use this location again and may consider another company next year for our annual trip.

The back area isn't very well kept. There were three other trucks parked and I had a space to park mine but I needed to avoid an old rug and a pallet that was on the ground. It's not a very nice area but the property itself could be better maintained
LUCAS CU-Haul changed location 24 hours before. On the day of pick up, the store was 45 minutes late to open, it costed me $300 dollars as a late fee with my moving company. Additionally, the truck was on empty. Horrible experience.
