Original pickup was a 15 minute drive from my home. The location new pick up location was almost an hour away. I had scheduled movers to come but I was 2 hours late. The attendant was very nice but essentially useless.

I originally reserved the trailer from land of spices on memorial avenue. When I arrived at the location the trailer was not there and ready for pickup. When I asked if the teller could help me find one nearby he was rude and refused to help me. I on my own called the u haul hotline in which I got excellent service and when I arrived to crystal beach to pickup the trailer the teller at crystal beach was also amazing to help.

MICHAEL FExplain to staff not to move the trailer when someone is trying to align the trailer with the ball. It narrowly missed crushing my fingers when the staff member pushed the trailer while my hands were aligning the ball and trailer
william eOur original pickup location did not have the trailer we booked, and were not helpful at all. We had to drive an extra 30 minutes to pickup a trailer at Crystal Beach. They were very helpful and friendly.
