Danny OOur car died while on vacation in the area. There were no available rental cars in Spearfish, so we rented a 10ft UHaul truck until our car was repaired. The staff was so accommodating and the vehicle was clean!

Tyrone SI didn't receive the dolly I asked for, but was still charged for it. I have used Uhaul many times, so I am not too upset , but it will encourage me to use a different location in the future if there is an option. Also, I feel like self-pickup for trucks should add a discount because I am now doing much of the work of verifying the truck's condition. Thank you either way. I am sure I'll be a customer again in the future.
