Pick up was very quick and easy. Very friendly and helpful staff. Before I left they walked out to the truck with me to asnwer any questions and that everything was ready for our move. Truck was very clean.

JAMES JI did not want to pick up my u-haul from that location, but I was told the day before pickup that the location I picked didn't have anything available. Not only that but it was too expensive for a one-way trip so we had to bring it a long way back to drop it off and it was still over $100 dollars, which they took $160.00 from my account, and I still haven't received the credit I'm due and I turned it in the same day, Saturday afternoon.
SUZANNE MAlways rent from this location when I can. Without badmouthing another nearby U- haul location, working with this place is always a better experience. Particular thanks to Kimberly. She was extremely helpful setting up the reservation and making the pickup smooth. Great job, will see you next time we need a truck!
