There is not lockbox at this location. The clerk in the store made no mention of this to me when I picked up the truck so when dropping it off I was unsure of what to do. I locked the keys in the truck under the assumption that the store must have a spare key. I got a phone call today and was screamed at on the phone by a worker at the store. He screamed and yelled and berated me and was so awful I had to pass the phone call off to my boyfriend to deal with the rest of phone call. He made threats of billing me $300 and banning me from this location. This has been an awful experience. I would like to know how poor communication on their part reflects badly on me?
