This was a closed facility that I dropped off at.
JENNIFER Hno signage as to where to go for the rental. the attendant sat behind a desk the whole time and only got up to hand me the key the dest was 10 feet away from the counter. not real welcoming. i was charge for pads I never received, $10.00. it took a half hour just to get the van due to issues in the system. Having to use your phone to rent a truck is not appealing to all of us. use paper, it is quicker and you can scan it into your system if you like technology so much. us older people don't use phone like the youth today.

RASHID MRemind customers who come in before close to not park on their lot then their car is trapped overnight and you are promised you will NOT be charged anything extra and THEN still get charged extra money for mileage and inconvenienced to go to work an hour late and then lose even more money
