No contract received before departure, when received the KM where higher on Contract than what the actual KM were on the truck. The fuel was higher on the contract, than on the truck at departure. Looks like someone made up the KM and the Fuel level without checking. I took pictures of dash before departing, sent to retail haul outlet, they promised to fix, to this date not done. Clothing found in the cab from previous rentals, and the engine made strange sound when accelerating. It's obvious that this Uhaul location did not check, clean and maintain the truck before sending out on the next rental. Very dissapointed.

Dropped off at a business
JAMES PMy reservation was canceled without my knowledge the day of pick up. I contacted customer service and they didn’t have an explanation. I had to wait over an hour to pick up another U-Haul that didn’t have a dolly or blankets. It ended costing me extra money because the movers had to carry everything individually.
