The location owner was fantastic. It was hassle free pickup. He answered all of my questions. Vehicle was clean. Wasn't too impressed with the vehicle, however. It's in need of servicing. The steering wheel was very loose and out of alignment. The brakes were also not very strong.

Viswanath CAt check in the owner added insurance when i specifically asked in my on line order for no supplies no help and no insurance . The truck smelled very bad and there is something loose in back that keeps rattling and there was garbage in the doors left from previous renters. But mostly, i know i did not order insurance and when it was picked up he added it.
