MIN QWhen I made the reservation, I opted out of the safe move coverage, yet when I dropped it off, I was told I would get an email with the receipt and to my surprise there was a $15 safe move charge, even though I opted out of this.

CHARMELLE FThe location is awful. They told me that they don’t have the van that I reserved. I asked for anything else they said no all of those are all in the reserve so you just have to go to another location when I insisted they started looking for a key that they had lost. They finally found the key. Actually, I found the key and showed it to him, and the girl was very helpful but the guy was awful. Absolutely nasty Cussing out rude but the van was fantastic.
