I had a different scheduled pick up location and no one ever called or emailed to say it changed. When I went to pick up the U-Haul at the original location, they were very rude & unfriendly in helping me understand/know where the new pick up was. When I went to new pick up, no one was there, only lock boxes but app didn't have me set up at that location so had to call & spend 1/2 hr-45 min to get it worked out. Overall it took an extra 2 hours out of my time which made me late in returning my rental car & I got charged an extra fee.
