They opened early for me to get the Uhaul. Great customer service. Gentleman was super friendly and very upfront with all information
Darlene AI have made a complaint to customer service because after turning in the U-Haul on time, they did try to charge me a extra fee which at the U-Haul place that I turned it in I asked was I gonna be charged? They told me no and they still went ahead and charge me an extra $70 and I didn't even drive the distance that Was put in. I was told that there would be no charge if I delivered the U-Haul to a different location they went in the system and checked and said there's no fee charge, but yet maintenance was out was charged.
TAMI CI am a frequent flyer with U-HAUL and this location. Every time I arrive for my reservations the representative makes sure that I have everything I need for my rental and assures me if there are any issues with the equipment to not hesitate to contact them to ensure that any issues are handled in a timely manner. I have NEVER experienced any issued that was not resolved IMMEDIATELY!!!
Elizabeth RThe agent that handled my check in and check out were both very helpful. There was trash left in the back of the truck. The vent fans did not work. The truck had no windshield washer fluid. The vehicle cab needed some cleaning.
