The truck we were given had obviously had electrical problems that weren't addressed. A battery had been installed recently, but a faulty alternator was not in working order. As a result, we were in a dangerous situation having broken down and stranded on the side of the road for hours just a few miles into our 700 mile trip. We were delayed several hours resolving the matter. Inexcusable.

AC did not work
max kSpent 40 minutes just to pick up the truck, no uhaul representative in store and virtual assistants are not useful. Also called the phone number shown on the door for help and he said there's nothing that he could do.
