Truck was damaged. Fuel tank was totally empty and had a hole in it. No help offered to get some gas and get on our way. It was a Saturday and we were told "No one will come." Day before our pickup, we were incorrectly given the key code. U-Haul later called and removed our ability to pick up the truck after hours. Between these two things, we were delayed 3,5 hours. I had hired moving help that I had to pay additional for due to the delayed start. Avoid this location if at all possible.
